Botafogo gana a Nova Iguaçu y va a la final de la Copa Río ante el Vasco
Este domingo, Nova Iguaçu y Botafogo se batieron en duelo por el partido de vuelta de la semifinal de la Copa Río, en el Estadio Nilton Santos. Como Nova tuvo la ventaja del empate -por la campaña superior en la Copa Guanabara-, solo la victoria fue suficiente para el Glorioso. Así, gracias a un gran gol de Pedro Castro en la etapa final, el equipo de Chamusca ganó 1-0, superando la adversidad de tener uno menos, con la expulsión de Marcinho. Así, se clasificó para la final de la competencia, para enfrentar al Vasco.
